Booking & stays

How do I book a villa?

Members at the Geuse tier and above can request a stay through the in-app reservation flow. Lower tiers can inquire — we'll help arrange availability and confirm a member rate.

Orion-tier members can book directly without an approval step, picking dates, rooms, and adding a guest list.

Can I bring guests?

Yes — members add named guests to a confirmed booking. Each guest needs a basic profile (name, contact, dietary preferences) so the villa team can prepare. There's no per-guest fee on top of the booking.

What's included?

Every stay includes full member service: concierge, chef, housekeeping, in-villa dining, airport pickup, and access to the wider Batmandir calendar (films, events, the cinema once it opens).

When does the cinema open?

Mini-Mandir + Bat Suite (the flagship cinema with the suite above it) opens Q4 2027 in Boca Chavón. The Sunreef boat charter joins the fleet earlier — Q4 2026.

Membership

How do I become a member?

Membership is invitation-led. Existing members can refer new applicants, or you can express interest through contact us. Approved members are issued a starter geuse and onboarded into their tier.

Can I change my tier?

Tiers move based on the Black geuses you hold — the highest-tier Black geuse in your wallet sets your status. Black geuses are issued for community contribution, longer commitment, or specific Batmandir programs. They're not for sale.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — cancel any time from settings or by emailing us. Cancellation ends future billing; existing geuses and bookings are honoured through their cycle. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Tier system & geuses

What are geuses?

Geuses are the wallet currency across the Batmandir / USA Times ecosystem. Every geuse has a tier (S0 Aspirant → S4 Orion) and a colourway (Black, Orange, Red, Blue, Titanium, Rainbow).

Black is the master form — your highest Black geuse drives your membership status. Other colourways are partner-issued and don't change tier.

What do the colourways mean?

Each colourway maps to a partner brand:

Orange — Batmandir · Red — Club Wtty · Blue — USA Times · Titanium — Katteryn · Rainbow — Nomeimporta · Black — master / status.

Why do higher tiers have less rainbow?

The visual is a deliberate cut. S0 holds the full 7-color rainbow; each tier up refines toward a single colour, with Orion (S4) rendered as a solid orange — the most "cut". It's a quiet status marker, not a hierarchy of value.

Payments

How are stays priced?

Member stays are priced per villa, per night, with rates published privately by inquiry. The published number includes full member service (chef, housekeeping, concierge); experiences and excursions are billed separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, US bank ACH, and wire transfer for larger bookings. Members can also redeem mini-geuses on in-villa food and beverage.

Do you charge automatic renewals?

Membership renewals are explicit — we send a renewal notice ahead of each cycle. No silent re-charges. You can also pause membership for up to a year with no penalty.

Privacy

Who sees my profile?

Other signed-in members can see basic profile information (name, tier, public bio). Sensitive fields (contact, dietary preferences, staff CRM notes) are visible only to you and the operations team. Full policy in privacy.

How do you use my data?

We use it to run your stay — booking logistics, dietary needs, airport timing, in-villa preferences. We don't sell to third parties. We do share with partner brands (Club Wtty, Katteryn, Nomeimporta) when you opt in to their programs.

How do I delete my account?

Email us — full deletion within 30 days, except where booking records or payment receipts are legally required to be retained. Geuse balances are forfeited on deletion.
