Batmandir is a global private members club built around moving image — a place for the people who make, fund, program, and love cinema. The work shows in our theatres, museums, and exhibitions; the club is where the rest happens.
What membership pays for: concierge services, full stop. Every initiation fee and every annual due on this page is a charge for Batmandir concierge — not for goods, tickets, or theatre rental. The concierge is what arranges those separately, on a member's behalf.
Batmandir does not own or operate any theatre. Think of the concierge the way you'd think of an American Express concierge: it arranges access on a member's behalf — it doesn't guarantee a venue, a date, or an outcome. Every arrangement is subject to availability, and nothing on this page is a promise of a specific theatre.

Museums and exhibitions are unaffected — the morning-only restriction applies to theatre screenings. Circle is an immediate-family membership: only a spouse and children under 16 can be added, never outside guests.

Guest passes
Founders carry Geuse credit to bring their circle inside — redeemable 1:1 for guest passes, spent as they like. Corporate (S4) members bring guests via S2.6 passes instead. Guest passes apply to S3 and S4 only — S2 (The Circle) is an immediate-family membership and does not carry guest passes; see the S2 card for family pricing.
Passes are invitation-only too: the sponsor requests each name, and Batmandir vets and reserves the right to decline. Geuse credit and any passes bought with it are valid only while the parent membership is active.
First entry burns 1 Geuse. The first time anyone — member or guest — walks into a Batmandir theatre, 1 Geuse is spent as a one-time concierge fee to enroll them in our on-site biometric system (fingerprint & Face ID) for fast, keyless entry after that. Once per person, ever.
Booking terms
Every booking is a request, not a confirmation. Batmandir accepts theatre-rental requests through the concierge — nothing is booked, held, or guaranteed until the concierge confirms it in writing. A request can be declined or fall through, including for reasons outside Batmandir's control.
Members supply their own content. Batmandir does not provide the film or program for a private booking — the member brings it. Content must be shipped to the concierge and received at least 2 days before the show date. Content that arrives late, damaged, or not at all is grounds for the booking to be cancelled without refund.

Partner-sponsored membership
Batmandir's corporate partners (S4) can nominate people for guest passes and cover them — often in exchange for an interview or feature. We promote those openings and send applicants to the partner to apply. It's a free way inside, earned through the partner rather than paid.

Every fee on this page — application fees, initiations, annual dues, guest passes, and booking fees — is a charge for Batmandir concierge services only. It is not payment for goods, admission, or theatre rental. Batmandir does not own or operate any theatre; concierge arranges access on a member's behalf, subject to availability, and does not guarantee any specific venue, date, or booking. Batmandir membership is personal and non-transferable. Geuses — our membership tokens — may be used in lieu of the cash fee at any level.
